1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate butter pie crust
2 eggs
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups small flat cakes
1 pound graham cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan or line a 10-inch pie pan with greased foil.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and milk. Stir until mixture is smooth and non-stick. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 39 to 45 minutes.
In large glass or ceramic bowl, beat butter and 1/2 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar, stirring until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan.
Heat remaining 2 cups cakes and graham cracker crumbs, whisking frequently, until smooth. Remove from oven. Immediately invert onto a wire rack and arrange onto prepared pan. Cool completely.
