1 1/2 cups your favorite Italian-style salad dressing
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 (5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
In a medium bowl, mix the salad dressing, butter, cheese, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Remove the cheese from the mixture, and rub aged cheese strips onto the two cheese seats. Seal tightly. Serve immediately.
