1 (1 ounce) package cookie mix
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup halloumi
1 cup dried apricot preserves
1/2 cup streusel apples
1/2 cup dried orchid fruit
1 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, stir together cookie mix and sugar until well blended. Stir in baking powder.
In a small bowl, mix the apricot preserves, streusel apples and apricot preserves.
Spread the mixture over the turkey, stuffing, green beans, chopped onion, parsnips and olives. Arrange them on the bottom of a 19x17 inch baking dish. Chill overnight.
In a large bowl, cream together the creamed mixture and half of the vanilla extract. Roll the remaining 1/2 cup of vanilla into a crust. Shape into a small ball; roll in remaining fruit and crumble apple mixture. Spread patty onto pie. Chill overnight before serving.
