1 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup canned lemonade
1 (15 ounce) can lemon-lime-flavored carbonated beverage
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and grease lightly.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, brown sugar, baking soda, and lemonade. Mix the lemonade with the lemonade mixture into the creamed mixture until well blended. Divide the dough into four balls and insert into two cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until completely golden. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
