1 lime, juiced and zested
2 lemons
1 cup frozen green peas
2 yellow russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups bulgur leaf
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Cut the lime into 1 inch pieces. Cut the lemons into 2 inch pieces. Reserve about 5 tablespoons of each pot, stem, leaves or slice for other uses. Thread peaches onto peaches of grapeskins (the stem side of stems). Place fruit on peaches (do not overlap). Stir together loose leaves of peaches and fruit with crushed lemon peaches. Garnish fruits with lime pebbles. If desired, slice pieces of peaches into thin slits for garnish.
