1/2 cup boiled flax seeds
1 cup golden raisins
1 (28 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Wash the seeds and raisins. If necessary, extrude them from the pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, oil, and cash all-purpose flour, set aside. In a large bowl, stir together the banana, apricot, and nut flour; set aside.
Next, stir together the margarine, water and safflower oil. Stir in cold water and fully blend the flour and apricot mixture; pour into the dry ingredients and stir just to combine. Fold in the dried pulses and nuts. Stir dough together with the sugar and raisins.
Turn dough out onto parchment paper and flatten slightly to make a circle. Place a plastic wrap on this circle and place 1 teaspoon the seeds and chopped fruit in specific order into the circle, then a small dollop (or can of) of melted butter on top. Slice and serve.
