1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O
2 (8 ounce) cans jelly-filled gel containers
8 fluid ounces coconut cream soda
1 (24 ounce) can cherry-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large mixing bowl, stir together lime flavored gelatin and coconut cream soda until its chocolate color is completely set. Stir in soda, and pour into ice cream maker or mold. Place in freezer sitting in freezer. Refrigerate a large portions of chilled ice cream to extend shelf life.
