1 large orange - peeled and sliced
1 large strawberry - sliced
1 small lemon - peeled and sliced
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (3 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (3 ounce) can frozen lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Stir together orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, lemon-lime flavored gelatin, milk, water and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place ice cream in a 9x13 inch resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
Place ice cream in a pan of ice cream purée with ice cream scooper attached. Place cream in freezer bag. Place ice cream in freezer bag and seal bag. Freeze until solid.
