3 eggs
4 tablespoons coconut milk
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups temporary milk (place milk in freezer will add more)
tolters, if needed
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
do not grease the griddle
In a medium saucepan, combine eggs and dairy products. Heat for 2 minutes. Whisk in wine, coconut milk, and mozzarella. Simmer 250 to 300 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Stretch 1/2 of the dough on a large cookie sheet. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
