2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil

In a small skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Saute onion, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, basil, oregano, salt and oregano in oil for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly, cook for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in basil.
