1 (18 ounce) package margarine
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant Meringue pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Pour into a large bowl and stir together margarine and pudding mix. Remove from heat. Whip egg whites until foamy. Fold whipped egg whites into pudding mixture. Stir in lemon juice, lemon juice, and sugar, and spread on top of cake or spiral. Keep warm. May be frosted dessert time.
