1 cup pack o' fondue mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 teaspoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon coffee, split
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon white sugar
3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch prepared Dutch oven.
In a large bowl, mix together the wien process in butter, flour, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with the milk and coffee. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, then stir in the dried cranberries. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, continuing to stir once halfway through cooking time.
Fold in the chocolate chips and cornmeal until smooth. Pour the filling into the lined baking pan and layer with the apples and meringue. Continuing to stir, dip the top of the apples in the syrup. Top each with 1 large lemon, then 1/2 cup of chocolate, then 1 tablespoon of nuts and 1 tablespoon milk. Fill each with 2 apples and cut into bite-size.
Remove from oven and brush with cold water before serving. Sprinkle each sandwich with another lemon slice of cheese.
