1 (18.25 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (11 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
2 (8 ounce) packages white chocolate, shredded
Prepare the filling of a 9 inch springform pan: Mix together sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, pineapple juice, white chocolate and shredded ice. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven until centers of pie crust are no longer golden or they start to crack, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
