1/2 pound sliced fresh spinach, stems removed
1 (10 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 pound Italian seasoned pizza sauce mix
1/2 pound onion rings
1/2 pound Italian-style spaghetti
1 1/2 pounds spaghetti squash, sliced
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, pizza sauce mix, onion rings, spaghetti and squash; toss. Turn from pasta to cheese mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
