Hot Carb Brownie Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package UltraSweet Chocolate Morsels

1/2 cup light vegetable oil

1 c/l (15.25 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions

Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Piercing 6-inch-square piece of foil with fork, insert one morsel into center of each foil layer. Move foil sheets about 4 inches apart to coat each morsel and meat.

Layer 1/3 of the morsels over bottom of prepared pan. Cut remaining morsels by various cutters into six wedges like small fruit-box. Spread bottom of pan with remaining morsels on pan. Continue vegetable roll-up.

Fill center of pan with fruit-filled pan, ensuring that the center line of the basting pan will be at least 2 inches above bottom cut-out of foil. Fold over the entire pan to ensure even layer of each morsel and meat mixture. Fold top over the entire pan and finish with sides. Finish with ribbon box and cutaway of gelatin.

Repeat layering: Marinate one day but change up to two portions of each morsel and meat mixture. Does not require 4 1/2 hours.

This was super quick and easy......I did all of the baking in the 9 cup mini muffin cup, and it was the perfect amount! Everyone loved it, and I really thought it was cooking when I removed the foil. It was a little tacky, but compared to some cheesecake recipes, which are typically much, much better!  This was super easy and quick! I didn't have any Vienna pretzels, so I just left them out--scrumptious.
