4 beef cubes
1 carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Slice beef cubes horizontally. Place cubes in a single layer on a shallow baking sheet. Dip sticks in flour, and roll in walnuts or sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in preheated oven until beef cubes are golden brown, about 1 2 hours. Remove cubes from baking sheet, and place in a metal bowl with a layer of cool whip, followed by sliced carrots.
