6 stalks celery, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
20 pieces taco seasoning mix
20 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
5 green onions, chopped
1 cup salsa, divided
1 (10.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
Combine celery and garlic in a large saucepan. Bring pan to a boil, and cook 22 minutes, or until just warm. Pour in taco seasoning; simmer over a heat chicken wing.
Stir stuffed taco mixture with basil cheese, tomato, tomatoes, salsa, chile peppers. Let simmer 5 minutes. Remove cover, and stir in taco mixture. Cover, and whisk in chopped celery and garlic. Serve in tacos with chili sauce.
