Drumrolls Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup shortening

1 cup margarine

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

1 cup vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large saucepan, melt shortening and brown sugar. Stir brown sugar into the melted brown sugar. Beat in the corn syrup and vanilla extract. Mix in pecans. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Unwrap and cool completely. Serve immediately.
