1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

In a large slow cooker, mix beef, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, basil, savory, oregano, basil, sage, and tarragon. Cover, and cook on Low 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Add chili powder mixture, chili powder mixture, clams, oregano, basil, sage and rosemary. Mix well, and cook on Low 7 hours.
Reduce heat to medium low; add chili powder mixture, canned tomatoes, bell pepper, oregano, basil, sage, tarragon, oregano, basil, rosemary and basil. Mix well, and cook on Low 8 hours.
