1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
4 cups water
3 eggs, beaten
Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil, and lightly oil the foil. Pour egg white into roasting pan, then pour egg into baking dish.
In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set.
Start cooling by placing roasting pan on a metal rack. Let cool completely in oven. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
