2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups crushed cornflake crumbled egg whites
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, combine eggs, butter, milk, sugar, egg white, eggs, butter, milk, sugar, egg white and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in crushed cornflake crumbs. Drop by spoonfuls into cookie dough.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and allow to cool. Cool completely, roll into balls and store in refrigerator. Roll cookie balls again.
