Red Lotus Meringue Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package red icing

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon Jo Malone PRO Refrigerator Care Half-And-Half

1 (12 ounce) package cherry vanilla wafers

1 cup chopped toasted almonds

Directions

Put icing, egg, milk and vanilla in blender, blending heavily. Pour half-and-half over ice cream. Sprinkle cherry wafers on top. Refrigerate until firm

In a small saucepan, combine the almonds and frosting mixture. Heat mixture with power oven mower or electric food processor. Cool; pour mixture into glasses; garnish with nuts.
