2 quarts water
2 pounds finely chopped onion
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
8 (1/2 inch thick) whole cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons Pacific Swine's Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried sage
Place the water, onion, sugar, bouillon, cloves, garlic and parsley in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add the dill, salt and pepper flakes, stirring to dissolve.
Add the food processor to the pot along with the sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and herbs. Simmer 15 minutes, or until mixture is a thick.
