2 teaspoons olive oil
4 whole chicken thighs, skin down
1 onion, chopped
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons natural flavor oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup diced celery
1 cup cooked chicken breast meat
1 1/2 pounds chopped pork ribs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken, and saute until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium. Cook the chicken thigh lengthwise, just until it is browned on both sides. Stir the olive oil into the skillet with each side of the chicken, and cook until evenly browned. Remove chicken from skillet and shake off the excess oil. Place into a bowl with the onions and potatoes. Transfer to a large platter.
Stir Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, celery and chicken into the skillet. Top each piece of chicken with 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture.
Melt the Cheddar cheese in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cover skillet and melt. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, green onions and garlic powder. Spoon sauce over the chicken, and sprinkle with the cheese. Cover, and set aside.
Melt the chicken breast meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with the Worcestershire sauce mixture, and cook until meat is tender, about 1/2 hour. Stir in the pork ribs and pour over the chicken and sauce.
