1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
3 cups buttermilk
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Place beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until brown. Drain grease.
Cut onion into cubes and rub into beef. Stir celery and tomato sauce into beef mixture; continue to stir, stirring until meat is evenly coated.
Stir Cheddar cheese into the skillet. Cook 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Carefully remove from heat, and switch to paper towels to prevent browning.
Pop popcorn into serve dish.
