4 cups water
1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded, and chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick cooking oats, crushed (optional)
Place water in a blender or food processor; blend with artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, salt and oats. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
