1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vodka
Place honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan and heat gently for only 10 minutes. Stir the vinegar into the honey mixture until well blended. Pour the mixture over all and allow honey and lemon juice to cover the fruits. Chill for 2 hours.
Drench the fruit with ice cubes or fine heavy whisk. Check frequently, laden with ice cubes, to prevent premature discoloration. Serve in chilled glasses.
