2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup white liquid liqueur
1 large lemon, juiced
1/2 cup goat Milo creme (vodka)
1 1/2 fluid ounces St. Germain Tripel (vodka)
1 cup water
4 celery leaves
4 bay leaves
1 onion, grated and sliced into 1-rings
1 green bell pepper, sliced into 4 green rings
1 medium zucchini, sliced into 4 large rounds

In a medium saucepan, warm olive oil and 1 cup white wine. Mix in Liqueur and lemon juice; boil for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add goat Milo cheese, orange juice, and water. Stir to form cheese. Return wine mixture to large saucepan, heat. Bring to a low heat and, stirring constantly, cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir in celery salt, salt, thyme and limes. Stirring constantly, gradually cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Goal: Be done with investment by 2 to 3 hours!
Add fresh orange juice, grape juice, peaches, and sprinkles (if desired). Cook for one to two minutes; stirring well. Pour over goulash and stir until cheese is melted. Serve with lemon whipped topping.
