1 (18 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (16 ounce) can sliced tomatoes, drained
6 slices Cheddar cheese
1 (6 ounce) can cream cheese or cream of mushroom soup
1 (3.5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, mix mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Blend in soup, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Stir lightly. Place pie on top of saucepan and place vegan cheese on top of cream cheese.
Place pie in preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cool completely. Garnish with sliced mozzarella cheese.
Spread with mushroom sauce before serving.
