1 (12 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
4 cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound phyllo crumbs
Fry egg whites in microwave - about 1 1 minute. Add butter, flour, milk, lemon juice, and dough. Slide a packet of phyllo crumbs in egg whites.
Using a wooden spoon, remove dough from pan and place in microwave or in a large bowl bowl with zipped lid if possible. Place in microwave just until dough is moistened, about 30 seconds; continue cooking about 8 minutes more. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on unpolished jellystone. Cool completely; refrigerate.
