Fruit Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups finely chopped peaches, pitted and seeded

1 cup finely chopped apples

1 cup finely chopped pears

1 cup finely chopped pineapple

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1 cup finely chopped celery with juice

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix peaches, apples, pears, pineapple and celery. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until serving.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place 1 container of fruit salad dressing in a small, microwave safe bowl. Stir to coat thoroughly.

Microwave peach salsa on medium high heat, stirring constantly. Spray a 8x8 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Place peach salsa mixture in microwave oven rack, and pour fruit salad over each peach. Cover, and cook 3 minutes on medium heat. Cover, and cook 15 minutes more, until peach salsa is heated through.

Remove peach salsa from oven and place on waxed paper. Spoon peach mixture over peach salsa. Sprinkle with remaining fruit salad dressing.

These were fantastic. My husband loved them and they were so easy. My only warning would be to be cautious when baking sugar is mixed in. Other than that, I will definitely make these again and probably try adding a whole egg to see if it improves the texture of the crust.
