1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
4 egg yolks
2 cups fresh semisweet chocolate
1 (21 ounce) can sweetened lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven on medium heat. Mix butter, sugar and sugar until well blended. Mix egg yolks and chocolate in large bowl. Fill a sheet or 9x13 inch pan with foil. Beat egg yolks and sugar mixture until blending. Stir lemonade component of lemonade concentrate into mixture. Pour over foil.
Place peach slices on a medium baking sheet. Bake 25 to 35 minutes, stirring frequently. A wooden toothpick inserted into cake should come out clean. Chill cake overnight before decorating. Decorate with peach slices.
