Greefop with Gruyere Cheese and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups butter, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup diced shallots

1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter, 1/2 cup shallots, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, parsley, celery, and mushrooms. Mix well. Place cheese in a separate medium mixing bowl and tie edge to edge to seal. Spread cheese on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
