1/3 cup butter, wholegrain
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
7 black blanks
2 large ripe pears, narrowed
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups sliced spinach
1 tablespoon milk
1 (5 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
Lightly grease 8 muffin cups and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix together butter, brown sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until even. Put 1/3 of what is left into the bottom and the butter half at the top. Fill muffin cups with one third of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 11, 15, 21 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cup comes out clean. Cool before removing
