2 tablespoons olive oil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, sliced
1/3 cup Italian-style linguine
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 (.5 ounce) block Italian sausage, sliced
1 baguette, sliced
4 ounces Italian sausage, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet about 2 inches from the center of the pan, stir in the chicken breast, Italian style linguine, and barbecue sauce. Turn and sprinkle with crushed cheese.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, turning many rolls over. Serve hot.
