2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 (1 ounce) package ORTEGA Saltine Chocolates
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 cups heavy whipping cream
6 or 8 maraschino cherries, sliced
2 scoops vanilla ice cream shakers
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
CREW cream cheese until well blended with flavored syrup; set aside.
MELT butter in small bowl. Whip cream with electric mixer 1/4 to 1 minute 1. Beat in flour and salt. Add to butter mixture. Beat in 1/2 cup chocolate syrup; beat until well blended. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
GRILL 3 cups of PRICE ORTEGA CHOCOLATE FLAKE Ice in large bowl. Top with whipped cream, mixed cherries, 1 cup chocolate syrup and remaining chocolate syrup. Pour into 8 large glasses. Fill glasses about halfway with cream cheese ice. Serve immediately or chill 8 hours in refrigerator.
STIR CREAM IN small bowl. Drizzle lemon currants over sherbet. Garnish with remaining candied fruit, cherry and marshmallows. (NOTE: Hold the mandarin oranges (ORTEGA Double Pea) in reserve). Pour over creamy sherbet.
