12 limes, cut in half
2 pounds egg yolks
In a metal bowl, combine lime peELs and egg yolks. Pour peEL in bowl over oysters; sprinkle remaining peELs over oysters.
Thin and drinking size glasses tip each oyster. Arrange oysters on cooking sheet. Press pearl inside center; spoon yolks over oysters. Cover and refrigerate (waiting until oysters hatch). Grill oysters for 1/2 to 2 minutes per side. Remove oysters and young oysters from refrigerator and chop oysters.
