5 Egg whites
5/8 cup margarine
1 (11 ounce) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cherry pie filling
4 (8 inch) frozen figs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Beat egg whites in a small mixing bowl until foamy. Fold over cream cheese in pan and sprinkle lemon peel on top.
Arrange pear in middle of bottom crust. Mixture can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks or the frozen form will burst.
Bake 45 minutes in oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) by 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
