1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried oregano
1/2 cup dried basil
1/2 cup dried rosemary
1 dash lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
In a medium saucepan, combine water, oil, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, lemon zest, thyme, sage, thyme, marjoram, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, paprika, parsley, rosemary, marjoram and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 40 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest, thyme, sage, sage, marjoram, salt, pepper, cinnamon and paprika. Let stand 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, oregano mixture, chicken broth, water, oil, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram, salt, pepper, cinnamon and paprika. Mix well. Serve hot.
