Mexican Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1 4 ounce cans tomato paste

2 cups white vinegar

4 cups mild Cajun seasoning mix

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

In a medium bowl mix the tomato paste, vinegar, mild seasoning mix, and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Arrange skewers on a large plate. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meat, and cook, swirling, until evenly browned. Remove skewers and drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle skewers with pork sausage mix before spreading meat over foil with remaining tomato sauce. Top with butter, and sprinkle with taco seasoning before serving.
