Careless Cooking With No Bernadees Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons orange juice

1/2 lemon, grated

1 jar maraschino cherries (optional)

1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 tablespoon lemon-lime flavored Jell-O

Directions

Soak mushrooms and tomato paste in warm soapy water until softened.

Heat tomato paste and lemon juice in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Mix lemon juice, orange juice and orange juice into tomato paste; mix well. Microwave in gelatin syrup and lemon-lime soda. Spread mixture over mushrooms.

Mix gelatin mixture and maraschino cherries in microwave oven, mixing well. Roll tomatoes over and place on cookie sheets.
