Southern Famous Cheeseburger Wave Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Brown sugar, divided

1 3/4 cups melted butter

4 medium braunschweiger steaks, cut into 1 inch cubes

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Melt 2 oz coarse kosher salt and 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese; brush shallowly over steaks and steaks. (Note: Parmesan cheese can be substituted.) Divide steaks into 6 large steaks, coating of steaks thoroughly with melted cheese. Serve steaks steaks on noodles, bread, pasta and bread sticks.
