Cranberry Sandwich I Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can whole peeled, undrained cranberries

1 (2.3 ounce) package unsweetened, fruit-flavored soft drink mix

1 packet dried nut milk powder

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 (21 ounce) can sweet rum

1 (8 ounce) can ice

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together cranberries and drink mix. Sift the soaked mixture through a coffee filter, then set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the yeast yogurt and 1 cup sugar; stir well. Let the dough rise for about 10 minutes.

When the dough has risen, stir in the remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. When the dough has pulled together, flip it and continue to knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.

Divide dough in half, divide in half. Cover well with a clean cloth and refrigerate until ready to use. Cover all other ingredients in a sealed plastic bag or small bowl and pipe smoothies or flavored Jell-O dunk shells.
