1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
5 sheets fresh bread dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large pot over medium heat, saute the beef and onion until browned. Transfer to a large bowl. Mix in the celery, garlic and tomato paste. Transfer to the pan. Sprinkle with bread dough. Cover, and sprinkle with remaining tomato paste.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until internal pork temperature is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
