1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tomato, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green pepper
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 pint shredded mozzarella cheese
In a small bowl, mix mushrooms and mushrooms. Stir in cream cheese, tomato, onion, Cheddar cheese, green pepper and mozzarella cheese. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread mushrooms out in a large 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread mushrooms and mushrooms mixture over mushrooms layer. Spread cream cheese mixture over mushrooms layer. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over mushroom layer. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over mushroom layer. Place a layer of cheese over the mushrooms in the baking dish. Roll the mushrooms into a rectangle. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over mushrooms and mushrooms.
Bake in preheated oven uncovered for 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and mushrooms are tender.
