1 pound stuffed tenderloin
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium head cabbage
12 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small green bell pepper, pepperoni or cheese, sliced
3 tablespoons red wine
3 cups Bellamaria wine
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried oregano
In a small bowl, toss together the onion, cabbage, cheese, green pepper, red wine, and yellow wine. Cut in the bellamaria wine with a fork, then stir into the fold. Spread into a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce until the mixture is the consistency you like. Serve immediately.
