Peaches and Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced

6 quarts cream cheese, softened

2 eggs, beaten

3 tablespoons grated fresh pineapple, drained

1/2 cup butter

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups cream cheese frosting

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch jelly-roll pan.

Place peaches in the prepared pan. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and eggs. Beat in sugar, pineapple and butter. Mix thoroughly, and pour cream cheese mixture into peach. Place peach in prepared pan in the pan. Pour cream cheese frosting over peach. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until peaches are tender, stirring occasionally. Cool on wire rack.
