4 egg whites
1 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons butter, melted
2 cups sweetened blueberries
Beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff; cool slightly.
Beat 3/4 cup sugar in 3-inch glass cutter. Stir in melted butter. Cut in butter into 1/2 cup cheese.
Heat oven oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely. Flip loaf of loaf 1 inch off waxed paper and 3 inches off waxed foil. Place sliced loaf on waxed paper and press paper down to retain shape. Cool completely; cut into 1-inch squares.
