1 (20 ounce) can whole peeled bananas
1 (2 ounce) can frozen green chile peppers, drained
1 pint chopped pecans
10 cups heavy whipping cream
4 tart cherries, sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pour banana mixture into a large, sealed plastic bag, seal bag and shake for an additional 3 hours.
Place sliced green peppers and pecans in a medium clean glass dish, pour lemon juice over peppers. Dip pecans into banana mixture and squeeze lemon juice onto pecans. Serve at room temperature.
