1/2 cups taco sauce
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (or cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 large zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
10 ounces hamburger or taco fill
In a medium bowl, combine taco sauce, cream cheese and zucchini. Stir until well combined. (Note: You do not need to use all of the zucchini.)
Place hamburger in a large skillet. Brown on both sides. Drain well on paper towels.
